How availability is measured
Public endpoints are checked every 30 seconds. Model serving and tokenization are tracked separately through deployment readiness. These signals measure reachability and readiness, not every customer operation. Check percentages describe the recorded checks, not an SLA or end-to-end success rate. A day is green only when checks succeeded and monitoring covered the day, allowing one minute of timing variation.
Historical measurements are currently available for up to 15 days. Earlier dates stay grey unless a published incident or maintenance window is recorded. Published updates are retained separately. Current checks older than two minutes show as unknown.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance updates are not yet available.
Past incidents
Incident history is not yet available.
Published incidents will include their impact, progress updates and resolution. An empty history does not establish that no incidents occurred.
